We rent a beautiful  3 rooms  apartment just 4 minutes from the old town in Bratislava , high ceilings (2,71m) and all this in an apartment building classified as a cultural monument. The apartment we offer for rent is located in the Nová doba  building on Vajnorská street in Bratislava, in an apartment complex with a private courtyard.  Tenants can use  in addition  the interior spaces, their own, private courtyard, which is quiet and green as u can see on a pictures.
Its location has excellent infrastructure and transport accessibility (OC Vivo, OC Centrál, cafes, restaurants, large playground, new football stadium, public transport stop just below the apartment building, 5 min. from the nearest elementary school). Just 4   minutes with the tramp  and you will find yourself in the old town.
