Ak ste fanúšik kinematografie tak vás poteší, že v blízkosti máte kino Nostalgia ktoré vás očarí svojou charizmou. Nevýhodou nehnuteľnosti je, že sa teraz vykonávajú stavebné práce na bytovom dome, dorába sa výťah plus nadstavba ktorá sa plánuje ukončiť až v januári 2024. Tým pádom je okolie prašnejšie a môže vám čiastočne narúšať komfort bývania . Na druhej strane keď bude stavba zhotovená bytový dom bude mať aj výťah ktorý momentálne nemá. Preto je lepšie aby budúci nájomca mal záujem bývať v nehnuteľnosti aspoň na tie 2 roky aby ptm ťažil výhody z prerábky .

Just 50 meters from the apartment building, you have the Nivy Bus Station. If you are a cinema enthusiast, you’ll be pleased to know that you have the Nostalgia cinema nearby, which will captivate you with its charm. The downside of the property is that there are currently construction works taking place on the apartment building – an elevator is being added along with an extension planned to be completed in January 2024. As a result, the surroundings are a bit dusty, which could partially disrupt your living comfort. On the other hand, once the construction is finished, the apartment building will have an elevator that it currently lacks. Therefore, it’s better for the prospective tenant to be interested in living in the property for at least these 2 years to then benefit from the renovation’s advantages.
